About this program
Triveni Express operates an SMS text message program for customers of our Indian café, bakery and grocery locations. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Triveni Express at the mobile number you provide.
What messages you will receive
Messages are related to orders you place and may include:
- Order confirmations with your estimated wait time
- A secure link to pay for your phone order
- Notifications that your pickup or catering order is ready
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in connection with an order you place.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Triveni Express does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates for messaging and data will apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt in
You can join the Triveni Express SMS program in any of the following ways. In every case, you must actively agree — we never enroll a number without consent, and consent is never required in order to place an order or make a purchase.

By phone. When you place an order through our automated phone ordering line, you will be asked whether you agree to receive texts about your order, including a secure payment link needed to complete it. You will hear the following, and your number is enrolled only if you say yes: 'To complete your order, Triveni Express can text you an order confirmation and a secure payment link at this number, followed by a text when your order is ready. Texts are sent only in connection with your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Our SMS terms are at triveniexpress.com/sms-terms-and-conditions.php and our privacy policy is at triveniexpress.com/privacy-policy.php. Do you agree to receive these texts?' If you prefer not to receive texts, you can ask to be transferred to a team member at the restaurant to place your order.
After you opt in through any of these methods, you will receive a confirmation message:

How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages from us:
Triveni Express: You're unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
To rejoin later, reply START, or opt in again using any of the methods above. You can also ask a team member at any location to remove your number, or email info@triveniexpress.com.

Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through this program are used only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority to consent on behalf of, the mobile number you provide.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
